The Best Laid Plans ...

Yep, another exercise from the Life Book 2013 class that's gone awry. I drew the girl first and then used liquid frisket to make a mask over her before doing the background. The instructor had trouble with her mask - it wasn't thick enough so the background showed through - and I was extra careful with mine. Unfortunately, I ran into trouble with the lion image in the background. I tried to fix it and turned it into a muddy mess.

Oh well. I bet it will go better if I try it again.
