Get It Before It's Gone!

I am having a hard time believing it was just this past week that I was bemoaning the everlasting, lingering presence of that season that starts with a "W" that shall not be mentioned for fear its returning with a vengeance.

Now I have little crocus buds popping up all over in my front flower beds. I'm heading back out to enjoy them while I can. The rabbits that live under our shed always seem to find the burgeoning blossoms, basil, carrots, parsley, whatever in our yard and then decimate it all!
