So Close ...

I want to go back over the lines to make the "leading" show up more, but I think I'd call this done.  I glued the individual pieces to a sheet of watercolor paper, but I think if I put it in my window the light will still shine through.

It was a little tedious, but still fun to create. In fact, I think it's inspired a couple of Mother's Day projects for the punks. We'll see if I can get them onboard with the idea.

  1. Hi- I used to do a faux stained glass project with my students. I found that a mix of black paint and glue created the raised edge of the leading quite nicely. Just find an almost empty glue bottle and squirt in the black paint until it's no longer gray. Enjoy!
