It just involved braving the dark, rain and cold for three 90 minute trips to the Apple store with two bored punks, dealing with a techno-geek who insisted on explaining my mac's issues to my PC-preferring husband and getting through a day while all of my important photos, artwork and other miscellaneous data was in the store's back room instead of on my desk at home.
Yeah.
Easy-peasy.
