More or less. I'm seeing a few areas I want to go back into, but it's mostly done. I got going last night after the kids were in bed and finished up around 11:30. That's late for me.
But the Punks were nice this morning. They let me sleep in.
All the way to 7:12.
Sigh.
you got seventeen more minutes than i did! our girls came tromping in at 6:55, flipped on the lights, and did a marching band around the bed, singing, "time to get up!" funny, i don't see them doing this on school days.
ReplyDeletethe poinsettia looks AMAZING - real enough to want to touch it!
Absolutely beautiful - well worth the extra 12 minutes of sleep in the morning! :)
ReplyDeleteReally nice! And great little video! Striking painting. :)
ReplyDeleteI can't believe how lifelike your drawing is; it's very inspiring.
ReplyDeleteI hadn't visited for a while, and now I come back to find you've changed mediums! :D Without Every Day in May this year, it's easy to lose track of fellow EDiM-ers... But no more, cause I added your website to my links to remind me (and hopefully send my 15 visitors your way :)!
aimee ... my two are the same and i don't get it either ... up at the crack of dawn on the weekends and needing to be rousted out of bed on school days. it's enough to drive a mom crazy! ;-)
ReplyDeleteDigital-Grace and Rita ... thanks!
Leonie ... Thanks so much! Actually, colored pencil is my all-time favorite medium, but the life with the Punks didn't leave a lot of free time, so I started working in watercolor. Now that they're getting older and they won't let me play with them anymore, I'm getting the pencils back out. YAY!
