Painting A Magnolia Blossom.

I know, I know ... I said I'd get a video up with me painting months ago. I think I said after spring break, right?

Well, it's after spring break.

This video starts after I finished the first pass of color to the magnolia I drew in the first video.

Let me know what you think.

  1. Karen: I LOVE it. How fun to get to watch you paint. The music really adds the pop. Love the beat. You go girl.

  2. It is always fascinating to watch the way someone works - has your brush got a water reservoir in the handle?

  5. Thanks everyone! Maybe next time I'll be brave enough to speak or actually show more than my hands. Nah ... probably not.

Jill -- yep, there's water in them "thar" handles. Sorry, too many spaghetti westerns as a kid. Anyway, they're actually called waterbrushes and I never liked watercolors until I found them. You can get them on DickBlick.com.
